Unlock the value in your music. We purchase whole catalogues or individual songs — providing a lump sum payment for your royalty-generating assets.
To be considered for catalogue acquisition, your catalogue or song must meet all of the following criteria.
The catalogue or individual song must have been commercially released for at least 7 years. This ensures a stable, proven earnings history that can be reliably assessed.
The catalogue or song must generate more than £25,000 per year in combined royalties across all income streams. This is assessed as a rolling 3-year average where possible.
We buy whole catalogues or individual songs. You decide what you want to sell. Partial catalogue sales (e.g. a specific album or era) are also considered.
You must own or co-own the copyright and be able to demonstrate clear title. Co-owned catalogues can be sold with the consent of all rights holders.
We primarily acquire catalogues registered with UK collection societies (PRS, MCPS, PPL). International catalogues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The catalogue must be free from active ownership disputes, litigation, or unresolved claims. Catalogues with historical disputes that have been resolved are considered.

The £25,000 annual threshold is calculated across all qualifying royalty income streams. Here's what is and isn't included.
The £25,000 threshold is assessed as a rolling 3-year average where possible, to account for year-on-year fluctuations.
Catalogue valuation is based on a multiple of annual royalty earnings. The multiple applied depends on several key factors.
Indicative ranges — actual multiples depend on full due diligence
Catalogues with stable or growing earnings over 3–5 years attract higher multiples than those with volatile or declining income.
Older catalogues (10–20+ years) with proven longevity typically command higher multiples. Very recent catalogues (7–10 years) are assessed more conservatively.
Income from multiple territories (UK, US, EU) is valued more highly than income concentrated in a single market.
Catalogues with strong sync placement history or high sync potential (film, TV, advertising) attract premium valuations.
Catalogues with growing streaming numbers — particularly on Spotify and Apple Music — are valued more favourably than those in decline.
Catalogues in genres with strong catalogue demand (soul, R&B, pop, hip-hop) or with cultural significance attract stronger interest.
A clear, transparent 8-step process from initial enquiry to completion — typically 4–8 weeks.
Contact us with details of your catalogue or song — title(s), release date(s), collection society registrations, and your current annual royalty earnings.
We confirm whether your catalogue meets our minimum criteria: 7+ years old, £25k+ annual royalties, clear ownership, and no active disputes.
We request 3 years of royalty statements from your collection societies (PRS, MCPS, PPL) and/or publisher to verify income history.
We conduct a thorough valuation based on historical earnings, future earning potential, sync potential, streaming trajectory, and market conditions.
We present a fair, transparent offer with a full breakdown of how the valuation was reached. You're under no obligation to accept and can take time to consider.
Legal and financial due diligence is carried out to verify ownership, earnings history, and that the catalogue is free from disputes or encumbrances.
Sale and purchase agreements are drafted and reviewed by both parties' legal representatives. We strongly recommend you instruct an independent music solicitor.
Contracts are signed, payment is made in full, and the catalogue is transferred. The full process typically takes 4–8 weeks from initial enquiry.
