Gemma Fox founded Fox Music Consultancy with a clear mission: to make the music industry accessible, transparent, and fair for the artists and creators who power it. With hands-on expertise spanning music publishing, royalty management, catalogue acquisition, and artist development, Gemma brings real-world industry knowledge to every client engagement.
Her work spans the full spectrum of the music business — from helping independent artists register with PRS, MCPS, and PPL for the first time, to advising on complex catalogue acquisitions and sync licensing deals. She is equally at home in a one-to-one consultation with an emerging songwriter as she is presenting at industry conferences.
Gemma is also a passionate advocate for neurodivergent artists and those managing mental health challenges within the music industry — an area she considers one of the most underserved in the sector.
